Refund & Returns Policy



At Cold Urban Stitch, our collections are released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and craftsmanship. Because of this, we operate a controlled returns policy designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our limited drops.


Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.





Final Sale & Limited Releases



Most items are produced in limited runs and may not be restocked. While we strive to provide detailed sizing and product information, customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchasing.


Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.





Returns



We accept returns only under the conditions outlined below.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.





European Union & UK Cooling-Off Period



If your order is delivered within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.


Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.





Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned:


  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects






Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at coldurbanstitch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.



Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
