Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location. Portugal orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We offer free shipping on orders over €100.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Items marked as final sale, discounted clearance items, gift cards and personalized/custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our pieces are produced by selected manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia, depending on the product and collection. Each item is checked for fabric quality, fit and finishing before release.
